DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

Combination of relaxing massage and specific massage to get rid of the knots and the lactic acid accumulated in the fibers. The treatment begins with an unblocking of the feet and shoulders that stimulates blood circulation, the nervous system, and the endocrine system.

I am from Calella de Palafrugell (1974). I completed a master’s degree in medical anthropology at the University of Memphis, in Tennessee (2004). I lived and worked with native American Indian healers in Texas and Tennessee. I studied massage therapy at Austin School of Massage (2008) and Hatha yoga at the Living Yoga Program in Austin, Texas (2008).
