YOGA & MASSAGE THERAPY 2020.

Hello! I’m back in Calella de Palafrugell and I’m looking forward to see you all again. I am open for new spaces and collaborations to be able to share therapeutic meetings, yoga sessions and massage. I have two massage tables available to leave temporarily in massage rooms at tourist establishments, private homes, airbnb’s, gyms and yoga centers.

On Tuesdays, we will do yoga classes at Moby Dick camping in Calella de Palafrugell (Costa Verda, 16. Near Port Pelegrí beach). You can come for a drop in class without registration. Presenting February 10th in Austin, Texas.

We will meet to learn about tarot cards.  I will present my yoga tarot deck and which archetypes meet yoga practice. The deck allows anyone at any level of yoga practice to engage in transcendental meditations. Yoga tarot makes references about how to go forward in live life through strengthening mind, body and spirit. February 10th at 14.00. Austin History Center. 810 Guadalupe Street.
