Hatha Yoga is the discipline that prepares the body for health and well-being. Yoga helps maintain elasticity in the body, coordinates breathing with movement, strengthens muscles and helps maintain good habits. When, directing the mind to a space, a goal, and a strategy, we find answers to questions through yoga and meditation. Eva provides the ideal resource for all ages, levels and conditions and personalizes the classes and events for clients needs. 

Eva Arbonès (Calella de Palafrugell, 1974) RYT certified Hatha yoga teacher from The Living Yoga Program at Austin, Texas (2008), massage therapist certified (2008) and a Master’s degree in medical anthropology (2004). She has been practicing and teaching yoga since 2008 in the U.S. and Spain. She creates unique yoga events and is still doing research on integral yoga, archetypes and flowers.
