-El dilluns 29 seré a BCN pintant “Escaioles i Benes” “Casts & Bandages”. Busco gent que porta escaiola o benes per poder-les pintar. Pinto “el salt”, pinto allò que vol canviar. M’interessen les creences que acompanyen el canvi i el procés terapeutic.

-El mes de març ens reunirem per treballar en el dietari energètic personal: és un llibre únic i irrepetible on els símbols es barregen amb ingredients reals i els imaginaris. Ens fixarem en el nostre estat emocional, el que mengem i el que digerim, i com el món afecta la nostra salut i energia. Ens conscienciarem dels possibles bloquejos que tenim per aconseguir el que volem. Suggerixo que porteu una llibreta i un llapis, el material propi que feu servir cada dia en la vostra vida, teixits, aquarel·les, retoladors, retalls de papers per fer collage, pigments, fil, roba, fotografies, etc. És un taller transformador que serveix per activar el canvi i el procés terapèutic.
