I am pleased to invite you to gentle yoga and meditation. I do free hatha yoga sessions at Llafranc`s beach, twice a week, while we still enjoy good weather. These meditations are for letting go of what we no longer need, to get a little closer to our goals, to take care of our body, mind and spirit. Practice self care, find what feels good, and connect to your breath. We are the directors, but also the drivers and receptacles of the mysteries. We create and reveal a story. We have the ability to share it. You may participate in the way you like best, doing yoga exercises, sitting in silence, sharing a meal, bringing your smile and your presence. Bring the source of your beautiful essence and you will be rewarded.
