During an initial retreat-design consultation, we will explore your intentions, preferred activities, location, dates, group size and budget.
Based on your needs, I can develop a personalised proposal and identify suitable local practitioners, including up to three complementary professionals where appropriate.
Depending on the project, I can coordinate yoga, massage, meditation, creative activities and other wellness experiences, bringing together the right people to create a coherent and memorable stay.

This bespoke planning service is intended for clients who want a personalised retreat concept and professional guidance in bringing it together. The precise scope, deliverables and any subsequent coordination fees will be agreed in advance.

The Empordà is a land of vineyards, Mediterranean light and a long relationship between people and the cultivation of the vine.
Vi i Vinya brings this landscape into a distinctive massage experience inspired by wine culture and the sensory qualities of grape-derived skincare ingredients.
The treatment combines personalised therapeutic massage with a suitable grape-seed oil or professionally formulated grape-based cosmetic product. The textures and aromas evoke the vineyards, while attentive touch invites you to relax and enjoy a moment of restorative care.
This is a celebration of the region’s wine heritage through body care, rather than a claim that wine itself has medicinal properties.

This is a separate guided cultural experience, which can also be combined with a signature massage.

THE SHEEP’S MILK RITUAL
A Local Empordà Skincare Experience
Inspired by the rural traditions of the Empordà, this nourishing body ritual features skincare made with sheep’s milk from Mas Casas Cruïlles, a family farm in the Baix Empordà.
Enjoy a relaxing massage in the comfort of your private villa, accompanied by a gentle skincare ritual inspired by the land, its farming traditions and the care of natural materials.
