Inspired by the living gardens and botanical traditions of the Empordà, Flor Teràpia is an original signature ritual created by Eva Arbonès Sala — a sensory experience that brings together seasonal flowers, aromatic exploration and personalised therapeutic massage.

The experience begins with a selection of fresh, seasonal flowers from Horta de la Viola in Llofriu. Their colours, textures and natural fragrances bring the beauty of the surrounding landscape into an intimate space dedicated to wellbeing.
You are invited to discover the flowers at your own pace, explore the floral essences of El Jardín de las Lilas and choose the aromas that speak to your senses.
As the ritual unfolds, flowers become part of the atmosphere surrounding the massage table. Their gentle presence accompanies a personalised therapeutic massage, shaped around your preferences, your body and your need to slow down.
Every session is different. Each one reflects the flowers of the season, the chosen aromas and the person at the heart of the experience.

Created by Eva Arbonès Sala, massage therapist, yoga teacher and medical anthropologist, Flor Teràpia reflects her distinctive interest in the relationship between the body, plants, landscape and cultural meaning.
